Las Vegas Aces guard Lindsay Allen was unavailable for Friday night's game against the Phoenix Mercury due to an "inconclusive positive test" for COVID-19, according to the team.
The Aces said a test was administered to Allen on Wednesday and came back Thursday evening as positive. But a test that Allen took Thursday came back as negative on Friday afternoon.
Allen is isolating away from the WNBA campus in Bradenton, Fla.
WNBA protocol requires that the 25-year-old Allen test negative on two straight occasions more than 24 hours apart before she can return. A physician will also need to clear her.
